I am the founding broker of American Dream Realty. I am proud to lead a team of hand-picked real estate professionals in my office. We strive for excellence with our unmatched work ethic and in-depth market knowledge, and maintain the highest professional standards. We are pleased to represent residential and commercial buyers and sellers throughout the Bryan County area. The properties purchased and sold though my office range from investment properties to affordable residential properties to luxury ranch estates.
I have been one of Bryan County’s leading realtors for over 20 years. I have built a career on repeat and referral business, often selling homes that have never been placed on the market as well as selling the same house several times over.
I am consistently among the areas top producing Realtors and have been honored by the Texoma Board of Realtors many times including, Realtor of the Year (1994, 1997) and Real Estate Office of the Year (2002, 2009).
As a life-long resident of Durant, I am passionate about giving back to my community and am involved in many charities and social organizations including, Toys for Tots, Helping Hands and Durant Chamber of Commerce. I attend Kingston United Methodist Church and continue to be a proud supporter of the Durant Independent School District.
I began my real estate career in 1992 with Bryan County Properties. In 2004, I founded American Dream Realty with my husband Terry Brooks.
